About Carda

Rehab is a pain. So much so that only 10% of qualifying Cardiac and Pulmonary patients attend, which results in complications for patients and at least $200B in extra costs. At Carda Health, we’ve reimagined rehab. Our program allows patients to complete engaging, compassionate, and life-saving rehabilitation remotely — a huge need especially given the risks that COVID-19 poses to our patients.

Who are we?

We are a team of entrepreneurs, clinicians, and data scientists. Our united belief is that technology and data, when applied ethically and compassionately, can transform individuals’ lives and fundamentally change even the most entrenched industries. Carda was founded by Harry and Andrew, two friends who share a family history of heart disease and experience with Cardiac Rehab. We now work with some of America’s largest and top-ranked hospitals and most innovative insurers. Who are you?

You are a rockstar Marketer who is excited about working closely with our customers to help them deliver top quality patient care and expand access to life-changing therapy. You will collaborate with key decision makers and operators at our health system customers, executing on strategies to support and deepen our customer relationships, beginning with implementation of our solution. If successful, you will help drive the expansion of Carda’s pioneering rehab programs, which dramatically improve our patient’s quality of life.

In this role you will

  • Lead Carda Health’s marketing efforts to health plans, hospitals, and physicians
  • Design, develop and launch high quality marketing campaigns from scratch in collaboration with the CEO
  • Collaborate with Carda’s Growth and Sales teams to support their efforts in acquiring additional enterprise partners for Carda Heath
  • Ensure internal data is published and understandable for key future partners
  • Create 1 pagers, power points, copy and other resources as needed for Carda’s marketing and advertising efforts
  • If successful, build out Carda’s enterprise marketing team as we grow

What we look for

  • 5+ years of healthcare marketing experience
  • Born storyteller: you know how to hook, captivate and inspire your target audience and you understand the right balance of data and narrative
  • Incredible copywriting skills — we will ask for samples!
  • Experience designing marketing strategies for hospitals, health plans and physicians
  • Proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns that work and drive bottom line business results
  • Experience building a team under you including editors, copywriters, content marketers and product marketers
