About Carda

Rehab is a pain. So much so that only 10% of qualifying heart patients attend, which results in complications for patients and at least $190B in excess costs. At Carda Health, we have reimagined this care paradigm. Our program allows patients to complete engaging, compassionate, and life-saving therapy from home, virtually.

Who are we?

Carda is a team of clinicians, mathematicians, repeat entrepreneurs, and engineers. And one recovering financier. Our united belief is that technology and data, when applied ethically and compassionately, can transform individuals’ lives and fundamentally change even the most entrenched industries. Carda was founded by Harry and Andrew, two friends from Wharton who share a family history of heart disease and personal experience with cardiac rehab.

Who are you?

You are a tenacious, driven, sales person and you want to make an impact. You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and you want to do it at a company improving the lives of millions of Americans. You have deep experience in phone sales. It personally bothers you when you and the company are not hitting goals and you do everything you can to change that. You are a great collaborator and communicator and bring a very positive attitude to work! You are able to complete tasks and implement processes in ⅓ of the time of a peer.

What will you do?

As a BDR, you will convince patients to join our program, primarily over the phone. You will serve as an inside sales representative for those interested in joining our program and effectively communicate how we can help them get back to their health. You will be a crucial member of our small team working collaboratively to make Carda Health’s growth a model for other companies. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and ready tomake an impact from Day 1.

You will be expected to:

  • Exceed sales quotas and growth targets set by the team
  • Convert potential patients via phone
  • Handle questioning from all consumers who are interested in enrolling
  • Convince patients of the value of our program
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for each patient
  • Handle inbound non-clinical support and enrollment inquiries
  • Leverage technology & internal teams to answer patient questions accurately and resolve challenges thoroughly

What we look for:

  • 2+ track record of exceeding sales performance metrics
  • 2+ years consumer facing cold calling experience
  • 1+ year experience selling a product to the senior market
  • Endless desire to exceed performance metrics sent your way
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with little direction
  • Inherent growth mindset: you are always focused on improving faster and getting the team to do the same
  • Ability to track and report on a key metric or several key metrics that define your success
  • Highly collaborative and excellent written and oral communication skills. It is imperative you are able to clearly and effectively interact with members of our team in a remote environment

Experience selling to older Americans

Prior experience using technology tools including GSuite, Slack
